Prohibited Items Policy

Effective date: 8/5/2026

The following items and content may not be listed, sold, or transmitted through woo Trust. Violations will result in listing removal, account suspension, and, when appropriate, reports to law enforcement.

Weapons & related

• Firearms, ammunition, silencers, and firearm parts
• Explosives, fireworks (regulated), tear gas
• Switchblades, ballistic knives, brass knuckles

Drugs & controlled substances

• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Prescription medications
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, and cannabis (including CBD in restricted jurisdictions)

Alcohol

Sales of alcohol are prohibited on the platform.

Adult / illegal content

• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Any content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or exploitation
• Sex services

Regulated & hazardous

• Hazardous materials, radioactive items, asbestos
• Live animals, endangered species, ivory
• Human remains or body parts
• Medical devices requiring prescription

Financial & digital

• Currency, stocks, cryptocurrency, gift cards over $500
• Lottery tickets and gambling
• Accounts, followers, reviews, or credentials
• Malware, hacking tools, cheat software

Intellectual property

• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Unauthorized copies of digital media, software, or streaming credentials
• Items infringing trademarks, copyrights, or right of publicity

Recalled & unsafe

Items recalled by the CPSC or subject to safety recalls.

Stolen property & fraud

Stolen goods, items with removed serial numbers, and anything obtained through fraud.

Hate & violence

Items that promote hate against protected groups, terrorism, or violence.

This list is not exhaustive. We may remove any listing at our discretion. Report violations via the app report flow or legal@dmaxtrust.com.
