woo respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed and a URL or listing ID.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the same Designated Agent, including your consent to jurisdiction in Collier County, Florida and to service from the complainant.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
